About Us

Our recent history takes us back to Ireland when our father was born, in Fermoy County Cork on 18th February 1913. Mum was born on 6th February 1917 in Ballon, Co. Carlow.

Jerry was born on 7th December 1948 in followed by Terence on 26th February 1952 in Fulham, London.

Mum and Dad moved independently to England and met after the war. They were married on 23rd May 1947.

Their first home was in Kensall Road, North London where they owned a newsagents and tobacconist shop. After Jerry was born, they moved to Whittingstall Road, Fulham. It was at this house that Mum gave birth to Terence.

They lived here until 1974 when the moved to Wimbledon Park. They stayed at this address until Dad had a serious car accident in 2002 and was in hospital for 6 months. Mum and Dad then moved into Heatland Court, Wimbledon Parkside. Dad died in December 2003. Mum died in November 2007 and they are both burried at Merton & Sutton Cemetary.

Jerry left the family home in to get married on 25th September 1976. He lives in Fulham, London. Since then he has had three sons, Kevin, James and Simon.

Terence moved out in 1980 and now lives in Liphook, Hampshire with his wife Wendy. They have no children.
